The My Life as a King DLC you've been waiting for
We didn't just get one WiiWare game and one Virtual Console game this week. We also got ... some DLC for Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King! Well, that's much better! The new content includes four new dungeons: - the Infinity Spire pack for 300 points, which contains two dungeons, one of which levels up when it's completed,
- Castle Renovation for 100 points, a dungeon that enables you to rename your adventurers and listen to the game's music in a jukebox mode,
- the Library for 200 points, a dungeon that adds libraries to the game and lets you teach your adventurers skills.

Now if more Wii games would follow in this one's footsteps...
And for those against DLC... it is a full game in there without the DLC, you're not getting jipped. You'd rather nobody be able to get more content for their games after release? Yeah, let's settle with EVERYBODY stuck with the original game's content, forget those who like FRESH CONTENT.
But yeah, leaving for a camping trip in a couple days, but maybe I'll pay a few downloads after returning.

I thought that was Shion Uzuki for a second...

wow you're not kidding, she does look like Shion at first glance in that shot

So how much does the game and all of the DLC cost now. Would have just been better to put it on a disk and add some more stuff like dungens or such?
Shadow31 @ Jun 30th 2008 10:17PM
You people drive me crazy. It is a full game without the DLC, you do not NEED the DLC, some people can enjoy the game for $15 without any DLC. As opposed to selling it on disc form for $50? For someone who wants good games for budget prices, $15 is nice, and then they could choose to add content if they later want more game out of it.
Oh, and counting costumes, it's now 3600 points, or $36, assuming you get all the races at once. Though I find costumes a waste of money anyways.

Dude, he was just asking if it would be cheaper to pay for all of it separately, or all together for 50 bucks.. take a chill pill, no one ever said it wasn't a full game on this thread.
Pawsie @ Jul 1st 2008 7:38AM
I don't think it would be cheaper... with the wiiware, people are able to produce game and sell them out cheaply without the middleman (gamestop gets around 40% of the profit). With the game being 15 dollars, I think that's a deal in itself.. You don't have to buy some of the stuff such as the extra races (if you beat the game you get them automatically)
for the extra stuff.. I think it comes around to 30 or so dollars, which is cheaper than the 50 dollars you normally pay for a wii game.
