EA Sports reveals its 'All-Play' line-up for Wii
Following word that they would be doing so, EA has revealed its EA Sports 'All-Play' line-up of Wii games. These Wii titles feature a new casual approach, which include mini-games, as well as simplified controls. The titles also include simplified versions of each individual sport, including 5-on-5 in Madden or 8 vs. 8 in FIFA.

Come on EA...where is the NHL All-Play?
Patrick @ Jun 27th 2008 3:24PM
I like how Tiger and the NBA dude are doing like the exact same pose.
Kinu64 @ Jun 27th 2008 3:29PM
Does this mean we are getting dumbed down versions or am I missing something? I love my Wii but getting a little tired of "kids" games.
Chad @ Jun 27th 2008 6:27PM
Dude, read the story they linked to. It's not hard. Any no, these don't replace the full versions.
Sonic_13 @ Jun 27th 2008 11:04PM
The full regular versions (same as 360/PS3) are included in addition to the special casual game modes. In a way it's almost like two games in one.

anyone know how to post a link in the comments? Would gladly link to IGN Interview, but I'm new and don't know how.

Anybody can tell me how to post a link in the comments, I would give you the IGN Interview about the All Play conspiracy.
Just for Reference: Its Sparty, Brett Favre, Tiger Woods, Tony Parker, and Noob Saibot.

You sir, are missing A LOT. All Play just refers to the new simplified control scheme that is more in-depth and replaces the old Family Mode. You still get online (Even PGA), you still get Dynasty and whatnot.
The only reason I'd pick up Fifa 09 is because Konami had their balls removed and aren't bringing Winning Eleven 09 to the Wii. Heres to hoping EA copy pastes Winning Eleven 08 gameplay, adds a freaking manager mode, adds MLS license, and updates the graphics

wtf, pls see PES 2008 for Wii
i would suggest using metacritic.com :)
Shaq-Fu @ Jun 27th 2008 7:44PM
I would suggest using my own basis of what a good game and what a bad game is :). Winning 11 was great because it used the IR in a way nobody had before in a sports game, giving it Bonus Points for innovation

If EA's goal is to "keep it simple", it's a good thing they put Sparty on the cover of NCAA Football 09... nothing says "simple" quite like a Michigan State grad.
GO BLUE!
Shaq-Fu @ Jun 27th 2008 8:03PM
Nothing says simple like a Michigan Grad getting a job delivering pizzas!
GO BUCKEYES!
Brian @ Jun 27th 2008 9:03PM
sucks still no Nascar 09 from EA Sports Wii......
Shaq-Fu @ Jun 27th 2008 7:46PM

Call me casual or kiddie all you want but this is the first time I've been interested in any EA-Sports titles since the NES days.

FIFA 09 better have manager mode! They can add as much of them
stupid minigames they want, but
