Tecmo hits Itagaki with gag order

Man, things are crazy at Tecmo. Itagaki leaves (and sues), then Tecmo responds (and stocks plummet), then The thing was filed on June 10th and seeks to prohibit Itagaki from:
- Talking about, destroying or leaking any Tecmo secrets concerning software, development or marketing
- Making false or misleading statements regarding Tecmo's business practices or other games
- Saying anything to defame Tecmo
- Making public statements about Tecmo in any way, as well as accepting media invitations to discuss Tecmo while still employed (July 1st)

Itagaki has not made any statement(s) that are untrue AFAIK.
The class action suit filed by employees is proof that Tecmo has been breaking the law. Tecmo was forced to admitted that overtime was not paid to employees (which is illegal in Japan).
If Itagaki was defaming Tecmo, Tecmo would have responded with a defamation suit, instead of filing for only a suppression order.
Tecmo's management is probably afraid for their jobs, and any further decrease in stock prices (that would lead to their ouster). God forbid more illegal practices are brought to the public's attention and the stock drops further.
After this fiasco, I doubt that any decent programmer wants to work for Tecmo.

Good for him, I hate itagaki, I don't know why. Who the hell he think he is?

Yeah, he's got a point to demand the tecmo. Because of the blah blah blah issue, but I don't like his attitude. And yes HE is the maker of ninja gaiden and dead or alive (not sure) but Tecmo the one who made him. If there's no TECMO there's no Itagaki.
