VC Friday: Back on form

If you think we've already forgiven Nintendo for totally neglecting the PAL Virtual Console last week, you can think again, sunshine. Nope, Ninty is officially in our bad books, and no amount of sweet talk, flowers, weekends away, or singing telegrams can let the company out of the doghouse right now. Frankly, we've never felt so unwan -- eh, what's that you say? Five games? Two of which prominently feature ninjas? Oh, go on then.- Alex Kidd in Miracle World -- Master System -- 500 Wii Points

Wow, the games for the Commodore 64 were way ahead of their time. Never played the Commodore, but those look better than the early Nintendo offerings. I haven't played any Wii Virtual Console games yet, but I might have to give these a try.

While I've praised the AWESOME music of the Last Ninja games in a previous VC Friday, I played the first game a couple of years back, and it hadn't aged well; it was terribly clunky. Approach with caution would be my advice.
Never played Nebulus myself, but a former room-mate of mine always swore it was the best thing since sliced bread.

I remember playing Nebulus on the Atari ST. It was pretty fun at the time, even if I never beat it.
