DS Fanboy (European) poll: Gonna get a new DS Lite?

With those new DS Lite colors arriving in Europe this weekend, we were wondering how many of you planned on picking up a new handheld? Like our own Chris, are you in love with that red beauty? More of an Ice Blue kind of gamer? Wait ... don't tell us! You want that puke green one?

Well some people like unusual colors, hence the ice blue and lime green ones. The lime green is not that bad. I love my crimson and black though, so I'll stick with that, oh, until I decide DS Lite is through (end of life cycle) or it breaks.

Also, Christopher: what's so unusual about Ice Blue? It's an awesome color (note: my [Japanese] DS Lite is Ice Blue).

But the green isn't ugly! The _red_ one is ugly, because it's so eye-splinteringly RED.

The green is a beauty. If I could justify it* I'd totally grab one. If it shows up in the US.

* come to think of it, my DS does like to go into sleep mode at inopportune times...

Hmm, there's no "I have some common sense, so I wouldn't cough up so much money for something I already have, but in a different color" choice... meh...
And I like the green one the most actually... can't see what's so "puke"-ish about it... and that ice blue looks more like baby... pardon, babyz blue.

i dont really like the idea of shelling out for another DS when my phat works fine, but i have a chance of winning an amazon voucher soon, and if i do, it may go towards a sexy green DS.

I was holding out for some kind of brown, but my first gameboy was lime green

I voted for "Actually, my DS Lite is still working fine, no need to upgrade" as I currently have no need to upgrade to hot red one. But I'm probably going to get one later this year.

I'm not from Europe, but I'm married to a Brit and am currently staying with he & his family in the UK. While we're trying to conserve cash for his immigration, I have to admit, I am sorely tempted to get the Lime Green one.

and for the record: I don't think it's ugly at all. So nyah!

And I also wanted to point out that at the point of this poll...the only option beating Lime Green is "My DS Lite is working fine, no need to upgrade!"

So obviously your perception of puke green is a bit off =P

(Can you tell I'm defensive about my choice of colors?)
