VC Friday: Become a Pokemon Puzzle Master!

Despite their ubiquity, the majority of Pokémon games manage to maintain a high standard, even when they abandon the more traditional Pokémans formula. Pokémon Puzzle League, for example, is one of the best examples of a Pokémon game that isn't a Pokémon game, and is comfortably worth its 1000 Wii Point price tag.
A pair of Eikichi Kawasaki-designed Neo Geo titles round off the week in Europe and Australia -- Samurai Shodown is one of the Neo Geo's best fighting games, while Burning Fight is another addition to the already oversubscribed (on the VC, at least) dude-smashing genre.

- Samurai Shodown -- Neo Geo -- 900 Wii Points
- Burning Fight -- Neo Geo -- 900 Wii Points

Pokémon puzzle league the first and only time we'll ever see ash in a effing game.I'm still pissed about Brawl Why the hell the pokémon trainer had to be a nameless dork why it couldn't be Ash instead?.

Oh yeah, Puzzle Master right here. After fighting that game on S. Hard for 3 bloody years (and after destroying the joystick on a controller), I finally beat Mewtwo.
That game's SO much fun even if it induces fits of rage. Completely worth 1000 points.
