DS Daily: Laser Lites

The major problem we have with tattoos applies here, though this is somewhat less permanent and painful: it's often difficult to think of a design that is so awesome that you'd consent to damaging your (skin/property) forever just to show it off. We could never take the plunge, but most of you are bolder than we are. Have you had something laser-etched or otherwise engraved onto your DS? Would you? If so, what? Llama or non-llama?

if i owned a black ds, (i have a white one so visibility issues), i'd laser render my face onto my ds.

At the Screenburn Arcade at South by Southwest this year, Austin Laser Art was doing free laser etchings. If you brought them a design, they would etch it on about any solid plastic surface you brought them. If I had one of those GHskinz talked about yesterday...and the Japanese characters for "Ikaruga" etched onto the top of my DS...well, I'd only need Ikaruga for DS, which probably won't happen...

I was in that line at Screenburn! But only to keep a friend company, and because they were handing out free LED/magnet things.

I'd probably get an Eevee or Vaporeon etched on my DS (although a light or dark blue DS would probably be better for Vaporeon than pink XP). Also possibly a pokeball design and my name (Hope).

I want to get Mew etched on my light pink DS, but I can't find anywhere in Auckland that will do it.
