I don't want to sound like a poor sport because I didn't win or whatever, but why is it that people keep winning who don't even follow the rules?
Wasn't the contest about us commenting about which ANNOUNCED WiiWare title interested us the most?
Yeah, in fact that was Rule #1:
"So what do you have to do to win? First of all, you have to leave a comment (with a valid e-mail address) on this post telling us what you're looking forward to most of the announced WiiWare titles."

I have to agree with you that it's a valid complaint. I said something similar when they were doing the giveaway for 3 copies of No More Heroes and half the posts were something to the effect of "I want to win," and not following the directive, which was to post "your most rebellious moment." Although I never saw any results from that one, odds are -- with the amount of off-topic posts I saw -- that at least one winner didn't follow the "rules."
If you're going to make rules, you should really enforce them. Otherwise, just tell people to post gibberish, or make up an entry form or something. Some of the "rules" promote being creative with your answers, but why bother trying to be creative when you can win just as easily with a post of "fa;lhkdgl;sjdf;"?
