Hey, any of you out there PC gamers? We like to dabble ourselves, but never really found a place for comprehensive news on the platform, as well as downloads of demos and other PC goodies. That has all changed now, thanks to
Big Download, a source for
PC news and a fast, free
PC downloads engine. The best part is that you don't have to pay any kind of fees or anything to get access to the downloads. It's all free! Other cool features include file tracking that remembers your favorite games that you download patches and whatnot for, as well as
no waiting lines. We had to put that into bold because we think it's pretty important.
Of course, it's not all sunshine and flowers, as the site is only launching in beta form at the moment. it's lame that they put ads all over their site AND have articles that are only there to advertise something that is not related to the subject matter of the site. I think in the future, the posters should at least challenge themselves, and try to connect their sponsorwhoring to the wii in some way. It could be fun! and if it's a sister site, just say "if you like wii fanboy and want to check out our sister site for pc gaming and downloading, go here. if not, don't worry, we won't write a 2 paragraph "story" on it and get you to read it in the guise of it being wii-related!"
