Okay, so the dude looking slightly lost in the background doesn't quite make this scene as convincing as it could be -- you'll have to imagine him as, we don't know, a tree, or a random Beamos or ... something. Aside from that, however, this could totally be Midna, of Twilight Princess fame.This was snapped at last year's Anime Expo in

That's how I felt about Agitha in the game, and the fact that I had those memories about running around to get precisely the right golden bug come back to me made that cosplay all the better.
You gotta admit that it's good, even though the real Agitha does need to die in a fire.
