VC Monday Madness: Milon's DokiDoki Adventure and Puyo Puyo 2 [update]
Update: Oh, and JC suggested pointing out that these two titles are imports, which is pretty sweet. We always appreciate the import love, Nintendo!
Improving on last week's lone release, the Virtual Console offers up a double dose of downloads this week. Of course, many might be too busy with something else to notice this pair of retro titles ...

I just need the points to get DoReMi,
It's certainly a better choice than Puyo Puyo 2...

Where is SSB for the N64? Did I miss it?
Cyber-Tyrant @ Mar 10th 2008 11:45AM
Nintendo was dumb enough to not make it happen...

why anyone would spend money on Super Smash Brothers n64 makes no sense.
Brawl is 50x better than n64 version. It's horribly out of date and not welcome to exist anymore.
Haohmaru @ Mar 10th 2008 1:20PM
I had my first Smash experience on the N64, too, but paying $10 for the same gameplay, albeit with blocky characters and fewer stages, just doesn't make sense to me. It's like if you bought Super Street Fighter II and then said, "Y'know what - I'm going to go buy plain-jane Street Fighter II."
Of course, Brawl improved upon its predecessor in more ways than simply adding "Super" to "Street Fighter II" and throwing in four more characters, but the analogy still stands.
I guess, for some, nostalgia is blind.

Yes. More import love!! This shows a tiny bit of support for Earthbound & Mother(translated though)
Mr Khan @ Mar 10th 2008 2:48PM
Neat fact, Mother 1 WAS translated, completely, and a few copies of the translated ROM are floating about somewhere. However, Nintendo decided not to release it for some reason, even after doing all that work.

Aw Man!
As, I am 15, I couldnt of played the game...and after hearing so much praise towards Earthbound, I want to play it badly(Also...my favorite to use on SSBB WiFi battles is Ness)

SSB64 is welcome just for Saffron City. Yes that stage that has never been replicated makes a $10 purchase worth it.
Nathew @ Mar 11th 2008 1:05AM
actually, someone has built a supposed replica and uploaded it to IGN's stage-sharing site: http://supersmashbros.ign.com/stages/68/Saffron-City
