Why, we'd recognise those Norman Lamont eyebrows a mile off! This is either:
- The actual reason that Photoshop exists.
- The best use of a marker pen and a dog ever.*
- The cheapest (yet also the most brilliant) cosplay we've seen this side of, um, Dr. Kawashima.
* Don't draw on your pets, kids. It's not cool.
