VC Monday Madness: Psychosis and Kirby64

It's Monday, which means that the Virtual Console provides us with downloadable entertainment. It's been awhile since we've gotten a N64 game, so color us excited about that. As for the other title up for for grabs, well ... we don't really have any experience with that one. So, we're looking forward to trying that out.

This week's Virtual Console releases include:

Kirby64: The Crystal Shards (Nintendo 64, 1 - 4 players, 1,000 Wii Points)
Psychosis (TurboGrafx16, 1 player, 600 Wii Points)

And, unlike last week, you can definitely expect a VC Monday Madness video wrap-up later on today.

Wow, I was actually thinking about Kirby 64 yesterday. I love that game, even though it's not quite as good as the 2D Kirby games. I have 1000 points lying around. I think I'll pick it up.

I loved Kirby's Adventure, when I downloaded it on the VC. It had a great ending!
Can't wait to try Kirby64!

kirby 64 is one of the best games i ever played on 64. i only have 2 games off the VC and kirby 64 is going to be the third, definitely.

To me, Kirby 64 came close to what a 3D SNES Kirby game should be.

BARF! I would've loved some RCR action, like Europe got last week.

I already own Kirby 64, so this does nothing for me. Good game, though.

Psychosis? If we're going to get another TG-16 shooter, then damn it, I want Cyber Core.

Although I really do enjoy this game, it does feel different from other Kirby games... probably because Sakurai had nothing to do with it. I wish Super Star would come to VC, but with it being re-released for DS, it probably won't. Shame it's one of the best if not THE best of what the SNES has to offer.

I'll pass kirby, even though i loved it so much after you beat it there is literally nothing more fun to do...I'll keep thinking...but im 75% sure i ain't buying Kirby 64

And after buying Splatterhouse there's no way in hell i'm buying another TBG game
