Wii Fanswag: Win a copy of The Spiderwick Chronicles

So, how do you win this copy? Well, just tell us what your favorite fantasy story is. Easy enough, right? Of course, but we have rules (always, with the rules!). First of all, you must be 18 years of age or older and a current resident of the United States. Also, you may only enter once per day up until the end of the contest, which concludes on February 20th at 11:59pm EST, so don't disqualify yourself by leaving more than one comment on this post each day!
Finally, you have to check out our official rules. Give them a read, then come back here and tell us what your favorite fantasy story is.
Good luck!

Terry Brooks' Shannara series (after the first book). However, my 7 year old son and I both read the Spiderwick series. It's a strong series for something aimed at a younger audience.
Steven Bloomfield @ Feb 14th 2008 11:19AM
Golden Compass...Dark Materials trilogy...

Pretty sure this is fantasy: Battle Royale, I highly recommend this book to any dude looking for a sweet book to read. Take my word and go buy it.
Michael Sliczniak @ Feb 14th 2008 11:22AM
When I was a kid the first good fantasy I read was "The Eyes of the Dragon" by Stephen King. I wanted to read a really spooky book by him but when I went to the library I saw how think all the rest were and so i picked-up this. I fell in love with fantasy after that.
Oh and I hope I win this for my 5 and 6 year olds, they have been reading that Spiderwick encyclopedia and it is really cute to watch them hunched over a book together like that.
Kronus @ Feb 14th 2008 11:24AM
Not sure if this counts as a fantasy story but it does feature alot of supernatural stuff as the others, but my favorite is "Journey Into Darkness" by Michael Chiapetta.
z3r0w1n9 @ Feb 14th 2008 11:24AM
My favorite fantasy story is the Duke Nukem Forever readme file.
