Wii Warm Up: BLOX head
We're beginning to warm to the idea of a puzzle game based on knocking over a tower of blocks (or BLOX -- nah, blocks). With certain blocks providing special effects (like 'splosions), and the ability to create and share your own structures, there might be a solid puzzler in here, or at least more than just a game about busting stacks of stuff. Plus the block characters are really cute -- so cute that someone has already been inspired to create a papercraft model of the rooster character.
Are you slowly coming aboard the BOOM BLOX not-quite-hype-but-at-least-not-disgust train? Have you always been down for some block booming? Or are you outraged that Steven Spielberg's concept for a Wii game doesn't seem to include much in the way of narrative?

I usually don't criticize your choices for Wii Warm Up, but the juxtaposition of this with the article exactly below it which states ~ the same thing
I know it was written by Candace, not you, but still...

Yeah, you're right. I thought it would be different enough as a Discussion Topic and with the papercraft thing, but I guess it isn't.

I'm not going near it simply because Spielberg has absolutely no business being anywhere near games. (But I do give him some respect for not trying to cram storyline into the game like far too many so-called "videogames" try to do these days.)

I know that on the other posts people were screaming down your negativity, but there is no way in hell this game looks interesting. I don't care how many people tell me otherwise, this game looks like a bland, repetitive, $50 slab of boring. End communication.

If you need more warming up, IGN seems to be enjoying it.
