Modded PC in NES console is ideal for the spendthrifty
If you've ever been interested in purchasing a computer encased in a NES console, now's your chance. This mod is for sale via Ebay France (click here to see the page in English), but the seller will ship internationally as well. We may have seen stuff like this before, but usually we don't have a chance to bid on one ourselves.
For those of you like us who've developed more of a "look but don't touch" policy when it comes to cool mods, and therefore have no interest in bidding, check after the break to see more pictures and a video of this PC in action.

You went and ruined it with Windows...although, I see you DO want to put Linux on there, so there's hope for you yet.
:-D

So, how long have you gone without a girl touching you... Anywhere, Sensai? Sorry, it's just the first question that springs to mind when someone mentions Linux.

These are nothing new. In fact I'm getting pretty sick of them.

The fact that it is going for so much on ebay makes me cry, because anyone can do this...

what's with the violet N64 controller packages in the top left as well as the gray controllers on the right? it only comes with two so which is it?
Smoke @ Dec 3rd 2007 10:34AM
They're third-party controllers. If you look at the auction, there's a pretty clear picture where you can see the N64 pads don't have the Nintendo logo on them, but are otherwise identical. Same goes for the SNES and PS2 controllers. The only original controllers are the NES ones(Used but in great condition)
I must be one of those few people who actually doesn't want a NES PC because of performance issues. They're usually built on small, low-end hardware because of the limited space available.
