Fire Emblem opening video is cinematic candy
We may have neglected Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn's release because of some other big releases this month, but we felt we had to show you the game's opening video because it's epic. Although Radiant Dawn came out earlier this month, the opening video seems to have only just hit the internet. If we didn't already own the game, we could see something like this making us rush out to buy it.
If you're still on the fence about the new Fire Emblem game, though, never fear, Nintendo Wii Fanboy is here. We'll be reviewing this game in the near future, so stay tuned.

Glad DS Fanboy has my back, Wii Fanboy has failed to convince me I need this game ;)

Oops! Total brain freeze on my part. I meant Nintendo Wii Fanboy, of course. Sorry about that, guys!

Y'know. I could care less that this game is missing the motion control. Some games are just better without it, RPGs being a big one in my mind. The Wii could use some solid RPGs (non-VC, anyway) under its belt and I'm hoping this will be a big one. Maybe then developers won't think that they need to put motion controls into it for people to want to buy it. Kudos to Nintendo for realizing that not all genres need to be turned into waggle-fests.
Now, don't get me wrong, I love me some waggle and IR. I just hate it when it gets gimmicky and I don't want that for my RPGs.

how IR could work:
It is used only for the point and click aspect (selecting enemies ect.

I want a 1-handed RPG. And I can IR point to the weak spots of enemies. Such as flipping a crab. Diving their knee. And still keep it turn-based or whatever.

Two problems:
1 The sacred stones dosnt support that the evil being inside the medallion is a Queen but a King.
2 It was really stupid how that Hawk Prince was stopped from his astronomical descent so easily by that Red armoured Knight.

Play Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance before spouting off your useless garbage. This is the sequel to PoR, NOT SS. And PoR simply refers to the being inside of the medallion as the "Dark God." And the Goddess shown in the video was NOT the Dark God.
2 It was really stupid how that Hawk Prince was stopped from his astronomical descent so easily by that Red armoured Knight.
First, it's the Hawk King, Tibarn. Second, the "red armored knight" is Zelgius, who is shown to be more than a match for any normal Laguz. And third, the video was an edited version. Tibarn transforming into a hawk, and attacking Zelgius are from two different points in the battle.
