One New Yorker mods his Wiimote and nunchuk

You know, we've probably told you fine folk a million times what town our heart currently calls its home. But, even we can appreciate an inspired and love-driven mod, even if it highlights sports teams we could care less about. And, even though the LED lights under the analog stick and buttons has been done before, the paint jobs are what really got our attention.

That sounds sarcastic but I did not mean it that way: I meant it in a much less sarcastic way. I just meant I ain't never remember you bring up no Philly, so you should more often so that people will actually know yo!

That is a great paint job on the Bills themed remote, but the pin strips just make the Yankees one look silly. I really can't respect that one.

Sorry about what our 'Boys did to your Eagles last weekend... but did your fans really have to leave in the middle of the game? Talk about a mood-killer...

I mean no disrespect, but it's just not a game without massive hoards of screaming fans, no matter who they're routing for.

Psy, you obviously don't understand Philly fans. We're the same ones that have a freakin' courtroom in the stadium to deal with anything that comes up.

I read the title of this blogpost and held my breath clicking in. Based on the title, I half-expected someone to have modded the Wiimote / Nunchuk to look like the twin towers.

The Yankees Wiimote needs the following touchups:

1) Paint over the Wii label at the bottom, making it disappear.
2) The Yankees logo looks like a piece of painted tape, as evidenced by the pinstriping underneath. Paint the logo directly onto the remote.
3) Make the Home button match the 1 and 2 buttons. There's too much paint around it.
