I can't believe Wii Play is still selling that much.

Its a Wii remote with a $10 game which isn't bad, for 10 bucks.
What I'm amazed is that the GBA is still strong, after all these years.

I can't believe the Wii beat the DS!

The news is great and all, and being a ninty fan for as long as I've known myself this comes as no surprise to me. I just hope the 3rd party devs step it up and start bringing some quality content (KEYWORD: QUALITY - MEANING NO CRAPPY REMAKES).
Just gotta love that Fear and Loathing pic too. LMAO

Poor poor GBA. It's on its lame duck legs but still kicking.

Will the GBA ever die?

I found it funny that the biggest defense for buying a Nintendo system was: I buy consoles for the GAMES. And yet Wii has barely any good games....the majority are lousy ports, and no 3rd party dev can make the wiimote work well with their games.

When I grew up I never bought new and barely bought a game every few months. Compared to now where I buy 1 or 2 new every month, I have got to say I'm completely overwhelmed. I still can't possibly buy all the games I have to catch up on and am planning in the future to buy. Neither are Nintendo's new expanded audience ready to buy every single week. But NPD has shown they are buying monthly and it's good enough for us.

"Will the GBA ever die?"
No... even the original NES is still selling. And that's one of the reasons I prefer Nintendo and Sony over Microsoft.
I wonder how many units Xbox sold (non-360)?

Love that picture.
Saw another take on that scene from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. It was a drawn image of Mario and Luigi, with Mario saying, "We can't stop here. This is Donkey Kong Country!"
Anyone happen to have a link to said image?

Nevermind. Finally found it:
