You fool, that's because Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man are ACTUALLY THE SAME PERSON. Or Pac. Whatever they call it.
He just likes to go out in drag sometimes. THAT'S why you never see them in the same shot/game/compilation!

Number 5 deserves a throphy for actually making a decent joke. You should all hang your head in shame at your lack of decent... And in number 4's case; ORIGINALITY.

I can think of one instance where the two Pacs have appeared together - play Ms. Pac-Man until you reach the first intermission. There they are.
