Jenga CONFIRMED

We recently reported that Atari would show a Jenga game at E3. We wondered if it was going to be just Jenga or some kind of expanded game based on the concept of Jenga. It's just Jenga.
What does the Wii bring to the table (so to speak) that the original game doesn't have? Well, the ability to play Jenga on top of a castle, or in front of a lighthouse, or in someone's living room-- and the ability to do so as an icon of a snowman.
Where Wii Jenga fails and real Jenga exceeds, however, is in the graphics. The original Jenga's wood texture looks absolutely lifelike, while the texture is quite blurry and unrealistic on the Wii.

You know what would be sick, Monopoly on Wii.
Make it happen.

Is it any wonder that Atari keeps losing money?

This game COULD have worked had they taken the orginal concept and expanded on it, much like Pacman Champoinship Edition. Regular old-fashioned in-the-box Jenga doesn't cost 50 bucks, so I can't see any reason to justify this purchase.
Oh wait. Atari is making this game. Well that answers that.

If it does not have numbers of drinks to taake and rules written on the pieces then, well, it's just not better than Jenga and a Sharpie.

My parents will seriously f'in love this game. Lol. I'll probably pick it up.

If its not $50 and it's even moderately realistic i think it would be fun. gets rid of the worst part of jenga -- PICKING UP!

The joke would have been funnier if you had said real-life Jenga's textures were blurry.
