Super Smash Bros. Brawl site countdown

It might not be the final countdown per se, but that hasn't stopped us from dancing around our computer monitors to Europe's epic song, Nintendo's official Super Smash Bros. Brawl website displayed on our screens.

The teaser page reveals little, but promises much after seven days time. Who knows what treasures the site will be laden with after its scheduled relaunch? Playable characters like Sonic or Tingle debuted? A new trailer as grandiose as the last?! 32-player online support, no friendcodes, and a free pony?!!!

Ever the pessimists, we're not letting ourselves expect too much from the upcoming curtain-raiser. Still, we'd like to hear your predictions on what Nintendo will be showing off at the site a week from now!

prediction

*New trailer and/or interview

*video of Actual gameplay, and description of how online works.

* A big new character (like sonic or something) and some other new characters with less significance.

*possible release date

I sure hope we get some of this stuff!

Yeah, I'd say trailer, probably containing one or two new characters (but I think they'll still mostly be a surprise...), and hopefully a release date. Please? A release date? PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE?!?

Oooh... the "we can fight against our Miis" made me think that they should put Miis in to replace the wire-frame fighters from the SSBM training mode! That would be a nice little touch.

That's the kanji for days. Some of those characters people want in but for some reason can't make it should at least be turned into trophies, with WiiConnect24 additions.

A huge new trailer, for sure.
And I'm optimist that will show us new characters and a tentative release date [Like October 07 or something like that].

New trailer hopefully. Like the first some introduction of the old school like Yoshi, Luigi, Zelda, Peach etc with some mayor big announcement like sonic or mega man.
Also hoping that they announce the release date.

Hopefully, we'll get a little bit of everything. With only one day left, I’m already pissing my pants in excitement.

I bet there will be the release date announcement in the light of the Halo 3 and grand theft Auto release ate announcements. And, they announce ALL of the new characters, along with confirmation of Gamecube controller support, and details regarding online play.

its says 1 day ( JSP ) time, thats 9 hrs ahead of us ( est up here). its now almost 10:00pm EST and the site didn't even lunch, wats the dealy yo, I've been refreshing that screen for the past 4 pm..

c'mon nintendo show us your stuff.. im need to know
