Wii Warm Up: Tacos, etc.
So the Wii has opened up new gameplay possibilities, new control methods, more immersion, and all that. But, unless the Nunchuk is involved, it's also opened up one of your hands. This has created the possibility for completely immersive snacking, wherein you don't have to stop playing even for a second while you stuff your face full of delicious, crunchy tacos (and, possibly, non-taco food items), totally sabotaging your Wii Sports exercise program. We want to know-- are you guilty of the crime of convenience? Have you succumbed to a sudden banana craving after picking up hundreds and hundreds of them in Super Monkey Ball? Or have you refrained from eating during gameplay, afraid you'll accidentally transfer some Cheeto dust onto the Wiimote?

I would eat breakfast during cutscenes for Zelda. It was great. When I was near the boss room in the later dungeons, I'd pause... Go grab some yougurt, some granola, chop up an apple, dump it in the bowl. Watch the cutscene, chow down, then kick some boss booty.
Great stuff.
During the Wii bowling competitions I have with my elderly relatives and not-so-elderly relatives, we usually eat chips 'n' dip. Great stuff. And coke. Nothing's complete without coca-cola. GALLONS OF IT.
Nothing messy, though. That'd be gross.

Sometimes I eat when I'm playing the Wii. Usually ice cream or a sandwich. Maybe some chips, if they don't get my hands too dirty.

Yesterday I was trying to eat while playing my Wii (on gamecube) I was playing Metriod Prime 2, trying to FINALY beat it before Metriod Prime 3 comes out (I got Prime 2 the day it came out, but with me losing interest several times, and save files being erased 3 times, i still haven't beat it) anyway, I was trying to eat beef jerky, which was half of becuase it was like 3 weeks past it's sell by date, and it wasn't commercial, like a small little shop selled it, I think they bought it from farmers/Hunters, either way, it was like brand name or anything. So it tasted like microwaved horse crap, and I got my GC controller all greasy, it was sick. When I rented SMB:BB I was eating sandwiches all the time while playing. Danm, now I'm hungry.

Blasphemy! You need to get on that. The two Metroid Primes were the best reasons to own a Gamecube. I beat them both on the hardest level at %100 because I couldn't get enough of the game at the time. The Metroid Prime and Emperor Ing on the hardest difficulty are a couple of the most frustrating bosses I've ever dealt with though.
On topic: Um, no. No eating while playing.

Last night I actually caught myself having a slice of pizza while swinging the racket in Wii Sports tennis. There was a huge wave of guilt and slight embarrassment. :P

Oh Ok so much for the often praised freedom of speech in the U.S.. Well alright no more recreational truth from this continent from now on. Transatlantic realities are incompatible anyway. :)

yeh, was eating dinner whilst playing wiisports tennis tonight, it works for a bit, it is kind of hard to return hits when you need all your skills to strategically position a potato the size of your head into your mouth as you dont have the free hand to cut it -.-

One word "Funyuns". How about a Wii game where you eat Funyuns...or other things I suppose. Dang, now I want Funyuns.
