Help bring Gyakutan Saiban 3 to America
We recently beat Phoenix Wright 2: Justice For All, and were astounded with the absolute brilliance of the climactic final case. In truth, though, it isn't the final case at all: the Gyakutan Saiban trilogy (which is, of course, localized as Phoenix Wright) has had three installments and going on a fourth. Capcom hasn't yet quite decided whether or not to bring the third chapter to America, but we can help.Of course, our greatest asset in this fight is the almighty dollar ... if Capcom makes a profit on these games, they'll keep bringing them over. However, a recent post in the official boards over at Capcom have introduced a contest entitled "Plead Your Case". Using the given comic and speech bubbles, it's your job to convince Capcom to bring over GS3 with wit, spunk, and any and all forms of blackmail at your disposal.
This isn't an "informational" news post. This is a demand, in which we essentially force you to engage in said contest. We must have this game. We must. If we don't, we'll explode, and then we can't write anymore! You don't want that ... do you?
[Thanks, Jon C.!]

I'm fine with the two versions I have now honestly. It's only a matter of time before the gameplay gets too stale to stomach the story/cases. I'm not gonna dish out full price for a game that's essentially tacked on episodes. :D

Speak for yourself Wolfe. :p. I'm an adventure game addict. Phoenix Wright and Sam and Max all the way. I've gotta try Hotel Dusk...

Actually The fourth game in the series is with a new ace attorney and not Pheonix Wright, apparently his teacher is some sort of magician? It's really messed up. The clip is somewhere on IGN I believe

I never pretended to speak for anyone else Minime. :3
Personally, I'd like to see some really good 3D platformers on the DS.

Don't forget Professor Layton, Minime.
I bought a DS because of Phoenix Wright. I was growing tired of the same types of games over and over, and the DS promised so many unusual, charming titles. At the top of the list was "that lawyer game." Two games later, I'm hooked. Now I'm dreaming about Phoenix being a secret character in the upcoming Smash Bros Brawl.
I'm a Canadian, and Capcom has for some reason excluded us from this contest. So if there's someone here who's on the fence about entering, please do it on my behalf.

I think 3D platformers are better suited for the PSP, as pretty as SM64DS looked.
I don't think I'll ever get tired of the Phoenix Wright series as long as the games get here. The writing and gameplay is engaging enough. Bring on AA4, Capcom.

hmm...I'm pretty sure just by holding a contest Capcom has already decided to bring it over.. I mean what are they going to do? Pick a winner and then say sorry guys none of you were quite witty enough for us to release the game...

You finished Justice for All only "recently"? What kind of DS fanboi are you? I finished the game 48 hours after getting it on launch day.
Justice for All was great fan service, but it was a disappointment because it didn't have the terrific DS features that came in Ace Attorney.
If part 3 is going to be more of the same GBA controls, then I'm not sure I really want it. The sequel gave me the impression that Capcom has gotten lazy.
No, I'm not content with controls that let me scroll the text using the touch screen. I want to check for prints, examine objects in 3D, spray luminol, all that jazz.

Mike, all that's coming in Ace Attorney IV, but things'd be kinda awkard, if we skipped a whole game, story-wise, don't you think? ;)

It's coming. Plain and simple.
