Share your Miis with the world

Making random Miis has turned out to be one of the most fun -- and most infectiously popular -- aspects of wasting time with our Wiis, so it was only a matter of time before someone dedicated web space to Mii creations great and small. Some of the Miis we've seen lately would fit right in at MiiPlaza.net, a new site that is slowly beginning to expand its Mii population. They're still working out the kinks, but the site has some interesting Miis and a lot of big plans, so check it out.

Made any celebrity Miis yet? We're still working on perfecting Miis of friends and family, but we love to hear about your adventures in the Mii Channel.

Celebrity Miis on my Wii include Rosie O'Donnell, Judge Judy, Whoopi Goldberg, and Tom "What in tarnation?" Anderson from Beavis and Butthead. That makes for one sweet game of doubles tennis.

I've got Robert Goulet, Woody Allen, and Food Network stars Ina Garten and Alton Brown.

I've also got Claire and Hiro from Heroes.

My one friend is obsessed (very creepily) with Bob Ross (ya know, Mr Happy Little Trees) so amongst all of the other Miis we made of us and celebs we made sure to make that one for when he came over, needless to say (but I will say it anyway), he enjoys kicking ass with Bob.

Let's see, I followed a couple of the video tutorials to make George W. and Saddam, then went of on my own to create Michael Jackson (who looks a little more feminine and bony than nizzy's version), Dave Navarro (who was originally a botched Jack Black), Dr. Phil, and a few others.

Actually, every day or so I come back and my roommate (a former XBOX-fanboy :) is making another celebrity Mii. My system's up to 40 Miis in total, with about half-and-half family and celebrities. It's a really fun feature. I'm glad to see WarioWare and a few other games are going to be using the Miis as well.
