Cake Mania looks good enough to eat
Luscious new shots from the flash-to-DS game Cake Mania have surfaced, along with further details on the port. Looks like the game might sell for as low as $19.99 -- and that makes this exciting. Sure, it's available all across the web, but for a bargain price on the DS, you can take it with you. So what's all this Cake Mania about, anyway? In this baking sim, young chef Jill has to -- gasp! -- bake her way to success in order to save the family business. You can even take the baking show on the road in other locations, like Hawaii, or even a casino. Who doesn't enjoy a sugar high while hitting the slots? The port features 80 bakealicious levels -- the full original game, plus the Back to the Bakery expansion. We like this idea of flash games working over to the DS -- especially at twenty bucks a go. Anything you've got a craving for?

Dang, just bought the Flash version a month ago. Wonder if the expansion will be good enough to buy the DS version too... It's a cute little game that keeps the nieces and nephews entertained.

Consider the ability to take the cake mania on the go with you and share it with the people you meet.
It's better then logging the pc around to do it you have to agree.
Also it is nice to see the customers expressions on the top screen.

I would definitely love to see Robotduck's Snowfight on the DS -- it's been on Miniclip for years now (http://www.miniclip.com/games/snowfight/en/) and still never ceases to provide me with tons of fun. A 3-D FPS with snowballs and vindictive kids out to get you? Sweet!

I don't know if these qualify, but Incadia, Luxor or Zuma would be cool, as Zuma played pretty well using a touch screen on my Clie a couple of years or so ago.
I recall that Bejeweled 2 was quite "touchable" as well.
A collection of these types of games done in a "Clubhouse Games" type format would be really cool.

I'm hoping they make the game for use with the stylus. I'm pretty sure they will, since that's the easiest way to convert a point & click game to the DS. I always thought it'd be easier to use the stylus to move things around then the mouse, or rather fingerpad...which yes is rediculously hard.
