Say what you will about Red Steel -- whether you're interested in the game or not, the concept art we've seen from the design process has been uniformly gorgeous. We got our hands on some fresh new screens that are almost as pretty. Check 'em out after the jump.

Could the PS3 have done it prettier? Sure. But that doesn't mean it could have done it better. Besides which, if someone told you this was a new PC title, you'd have to at least admit the graphics are respecatble and pretty in a contrast-y way. Which I think fits the motif of Red Steel perfectly. So can we put the "ZOMG Wii grafix iz too ugly!!!!1" stuff to rest please?

This game is sitting in my living room right now, quietly waiting the remaining 19 hours, 43 minutes and 29 seconds until it will meet it's master (and the greatest gaming system of all time!

I got one pre-ordered, but the jokers at gamestop oversold the pre-orders, so i gotta wait til the next shipment. BULL I tell ya, gimme some bloody red-steel glory
