Cut this trailer a break, it's Japanese. What did you expect, some Mountain Dew chugging snowboarder to be shown riffing out on the wiimote set to grinding nu-metal music?

Thank god it wasn't. I'm quite impressed by how immersive this looks, but I'm not sure how it'll be controlling Sonic with the Wiimote... I hope you can play it with the retro controller as well (unlikely I know...)

So, am I the only one who by the end of this little video thinks this poor child is the victim of seizures from his new Sonic game? I mean, not that I should be laughing at that, but it seems to me that soon after he turns it on?

At the end he's pretty much picking himself off the floor, wondering what the heck happened and I can't help but think Sega might be onto some, huge development cost savings gameplay.

Haha, that was pretty funny. Not in the way the creators intended, though. It's funny cuz it's stupid and implies that the game is for little kids. But still, it doesn't affect my view on the game itself.
The graphics looked fine, the new controls should be fun, and nothing besides the kid implied that the game was kiddy. I'm not a huge sonic fan, but I might buy this one when I get a wii.
