TGS 2006: FFXII Revenant Wings trailer and art

The recently revealed Final Fantasy XII spin-off title Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings has made its presence at the Tokyo Game Show known through glorious video. The trailer is comprised totally of FMV, as is Square's usual standard of practice, yet still manages to get us excited. We loves the RPGS, bring 'em on!
Continue past the break to check out the trailer.

they should bring a non-crappy FF:Tactics to the DS. I was so saddend by the GBA title that snowball fight made me cry

Wow. That girl dancing in the woods was really awkward. They've got this sort of epic-sounding orchestral music to an ugly middle-school-age looking blonde girl trying to shake her butt in the middle of nowhere?
She looked like she was on her way to play the gypsy at a Renn Faire. Someone call her parents and tell them what she's wearing.

The blonde girl with pigtails is pretty hot.

Amazing, yes. DS Graphics? Is this the actual intro that'll play when you turn on the game? What is the game going to be like? Doesn't answer any of our questions.
Also that girl is less than hot. Moderately hot.

Isn't the music the ending theme from FF8 from when they roll the credits?

that little girl was hideous.

I thought she was cute, 'specially her face =/ Although, for a traditional Final Fantasy type dancer (where dancing is the base of all your skill) you would think she'd be better at it. At least, I'm guessing that's what she is.

"Isn't the music the ending theme from FF8 from when they roll the credits?"
It's the final fantasy theme... so yes... not to mention it's in the majority of the FF games.
You should definately play some more ff if you only recognize the song from FF8 (one of my least favorite ff games)
I recommend FF6. It's definately the best one.

I agree, FF6 is the best.
